Registration Information for 2012

Winni CFO welcomes requests for financial aid from anyone who otherwise could not afford to attend camp. We don' t want anyone to stay away because they can' t pay. Full and partial camperships are available to any camper, based on need. Contact the registrar for more information.

*Adult registration fee includes a $20 meeting space fee.

**Family is defined as two adults and all related children through age 20.


Room and board deposit is required with registration fee. The registrar cannot reserve a room unless both registration fee and deposit are received.


***Note: To minimize penalties imposed by GPC for unused housing, we will release any unreserved rooms and cabins on April 30. After April 30, registrations will be accepted only if housing is still available from GPC.


Full payment required by July 15

GPC requires Winni CFO to pay in full two weeks before camp. Campers must pay any balance due for accommodations and meals by July 15, 2012. Make checks payable to Winni CFO and send to the registrar. Payments in installments are welcome and encouraged.


Part-time campers

Part-time campers are welcome, but housing preference is given to full-time campers. Part-time adult registration is $14 per day, and children (4-20) $6 per day, up to the full-time rate.


Camperships

Full and partial camperships (scholarships) are available to any camper, based on need. Contact the registrar for more information.


Children and youth

Winni CFO is a family camp. We offer organized activities for children from preschool (age 4) through high school. Parents of younger children may arrange to share childcare responsibilities. All children and youth are expected to participate in the total camp program, including planned activities for their age groups. Parents are responsible for children and youth at all times.


Health form required: Any person under age 18 who is at camp without a parent or legal guardian must provide a completed health form signed by a doctor. Forms may be requested from the registrar, and must be submitted to them by July 15.

Linens are included in Gibbes House, Chapel Line, and Cottage F. Linens may be rented for other accommodations at $10 a set.

*The nightly rate is the same, regardless of number of occupants. For more than one payer in a unit, divide the nightly rate by the number of payers.

** If only one of the two units in a Pasture Line cabin is rented, the nightly rate will be $90. The registrar will do her best to fill both units.

Day visitors will be charged a $10 daily facilities use fee, plus meals, in addition to a $14 daily Winni CFO registration fee.


Additional rate information

  • There is no charge for children under age 3. Guests must bring their own crib, or GPC can arrange a rental.

  • No refunds or rate reductions will be given if you arrive later or depart earlier than your registration indicates.

  • We recommend that part-time campers stay at least three consecutive nights. Six-night campers will be charged for the full seven nights.

  • Charges are payable by check to Winni CFO. Full payment is due to the registrar by July 15, 2012.
